We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@smokebazar.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and correct it.
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before attempting a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
